THE SLY GROG-MAN.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, October G. At Taumarunui yesterday F. Cooper, of Manunui, was fined .£SO for selling two bottles of whisky to a working man for 30s. The police stated that tho accused was suspected of carrying on a flourishing sly grog-trade for the past twelve months, but nothing tangible could be sheeted home to him.
