GERMAN EXPEDITION SAILS,

The German Antarctic expedition, under Lieutenant Pilchner, has sailed in its exploring vessol tho Deutschland for tho antarctic regions. MACHINE BADLY SMASHED. Adelaide, October 5. Lieutenant Watkins, with his assistant, Mr. Frank Wild, another member of the Mawson expedition, mado another flight this morning, and met with a second accident. As tho monoplano touched the ground it turned a somersault, and Lieutenant Watkins and Air. Wild were pinned beneath it and bruised. The monoplano was badly smashed. ,
