FANIC AT- THE FUNERAL. By Telegraph—Press Association -Copyright Paris, October i. A sensation was caused at the funeral of tho victims of tho explosions on tho warship Liberie at Toulon. A bolting horse caused disorder in the procession, and there were cries of "a bomb.!" The onlookers became panic-stricken, and fled away, shrieking. Several wero injured. Cabinet Ministers persuaded M. Fallieros, the President, to' shelter behind a street lamp until the broken line of police and troop 3 had been restored. Meanwhile Ministers, Senators, and Deputies addressed and reassured the crowd, and the cortege proceeded on its way.
