Keprescntalives will then bo present from all parts of New Zealand, and it is anticipated that on agreement will he drawn up as a basis of a Dominion Award. JANUARY BAND CONTEST, Christchurch, October 5. Tho band contest, which is to be held in Christchurch next January, promises to lie of moro than local interest, for, in addition to several bands from outsido districts, tho Kurri Kurri district band (New South Wales) have notified their intention to compete BAPTIST CONFERENCE.
