TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) TiIUKSIUY. Curry. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Gingerbread. Cup Puddings. OUUKY. Ono pound and a halt' steak, 2oz. butler, 2 onions, 1 app.o, 1 tablcspoontiu curry powder, 1 tabiespoonfuL flour, aalt to taste; J pint water, juico of 1 lemon. Slice the onions and apple, fry them in the butter a light brown, cut the meat into neat squares, mix tiio curry powder, flour, and salt together on a. plate, rub tho meat through it and fry quickly. Turn all into a. saucepan with the water or gravy which should bo hot, and simmer gently 11 hours; add tho lemon juice and serve in a meat-dioh with a border of rico round. FOR TO-MOKBOW. Half-pint Split Peas (soaked overnight). Ono Pair Soles. Green Peas. ■ jj'igs. Suet.
