f ANOTHER BY-ELECTION. By Telcsrapb—Press Association—Cosyrisht (Eec. October 3, 9.20 p.m.) Sydney, October 3. As a result of tho inquiry by the Elections Committee, Mr. Perry (Liberal) has been unseated for Liverpool Plains, and another election will bo necessary. Two by-olections for tho New South Walos Assembly were held in August, at Liverpool Plains. Mr. Perry, tho Liberal candidate, was returned bv a majority of three, and at Mudgee, Air. Dunn (LabouT) was succossful. This left tho Government and Opposition equal in strength.
