SKIM-MILK PAINT.

The following recipe for making skim milk paint is from the ".Scientific .Ameri-can":-—"Stir into one gallon of milk about tliT-ao pounds of Portland cement, and ndil sufficient Venetian red paint powder to impart n good colour. .Any other colour may be used in placo of thn red. jfix only as used, and keep thoroughly, ptirml.
