Three hundred arrests of Monarchist! have been made. Tho troops surrounded tho . Crystal Palace, a pleasure resort, and mounted quick-firers. On being challenged the alleged plotters surrendered. Tho mob has wrecked a number of Catholic houses, and fired the Catholic Club. Tho troops are charged irifcli wounding overal persons.
