FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications arc for fair weather generally, but liazy and cloudy at times in the northern and southernmost districts. Moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds, and a slowly-falling barometer shortly. The barometer has continued high and fairly steady since Saturday morning, with westerly winds, moderate to strong, predominating.
