WELL-INFORMED VIENNA REPORT. TURKEY'S ANSWER. (Reo. September 29, 11.35 p.m.) Vienna, September 29. The "Neuo Freio Pres=«," which is particularly well-informed in Ottoman affaire, learns authoritatively from a diplomatic source that Turkey's answer to the Italian ultimatum will be a declaration of war. Hostilities will be confined to Tripoli, and the conflict in European Turkey will b:i conducted in tho economic field. All Italians in Turkey will bo expelled in twenty-four hours, and notice will bo served to terminate ■ tho commercial treaty with Italy. Italian goods will then be boycotted. Any announcement of Italy's intention to land troops on Turkish soO will bo met by tho dispatch of an armed force (/> tho spot. It' is understood that Bulgaria will remain quiet.
