Attention is drawn by advertisement in this issu-3 to the special attractions offered by the Ocean Hay School, M.irlborougb. Among these mention may be made of splendid level flats for sports and to 500 acres of virgin bush in the vicinity of the school. This latter offers capital facilities for camping, botanising, etc. The establishment commenced in a .small way, but has ste-idily grov-n in popularity, arid has been so enlarged that the management claim that it now bids lair to toko leading rank among the better class of schools where numbers are limited and individual teaching and attention is made a strong point. Lioiitcnant-Gcncral Sir H. L. Smith. Dorrien, in command at Aldershot, has expressed his appreciation of the bravery of Lieutenant 11. C. I.owry-Corry anil Drivers A. Walker and T. Itarris,' of the 133 rd Jialtory of the Hoyal Field Artillery in saving tho life of a man of the batten' at the siviinuiing-pond at Caesar's Camp on July 12.
