Tho Australasian League team defeated tbe Northern Union League by 20 points to 11. . ■ Tho Home team, consisting of Coventry, Lancashire, and Yorkshire players, led to half-time by a goal and two trie's to two tries. The Australasians improved in tho second half, and scored lour times to their opponents' one. V. Farnswortb secured three tries, M'Kivatt two, Sullivan one, and Russell converted one. • The weather was threatening, and tho ground fast. Thero were about 2000 spectators.
