ANNIVERSARY SERVICES.
ST. JOHN'S PRESBYTERIAN. Special services wore, hold at St. John's Presbyterian Church, Willis Street, yeslerday, to commemorate the. fifty-cifihth anniversary of the congregation. The Rev. A. -Mncrmlny Caldwe.ll, of Timnni, preached at the morning service, and took as his subject "Faith and Unbelief." There was also n very largo attendance in the evening, when the saino preacher again occupied the pulpit. Ho delivered a very interesting sermon on "Forgiveness of Sin." Mr. Afougkin Burnett, presided at the organ, and a larjo choir contributed anthems and hymns suitable to the occasion. . Special collections were made, nnd the sum of £150 was realised.
