Sd.; prime fat ewes, 18s. 6d.; fat wethers, 21s. Id. Newton King's weekly stock report is as follows:—At my Wnhvakaiho yards on Friday, September 15, I had a large ontry of all classes. The dairy cattle yarded were a poor lot, and sold accordingly, though empty heifers wore keenly competed for. Prices were: Mixed yearlings, 35=. 6d. to £2 Bs.; yearling heifer?, Ms. to £2 Es., 30s. 6d. to 35=.; two-vear heifers, £3 83. to £3 18s.;.store cows, £2 2.--. C<\. to £3 153.; forward cows, £4 Bs.: springins; heifers, poor. £3 10s. to £4 Uγ.: aprinsing cows, £1 to £8 155., according to finality. A nico line of grade Jersey yearling heifers, well .-lone, realised £4 lCs. At Urenni on Honda,". September 18, owing to the very boisterous weather, I had but a small yarding, and only a fair aUondoncs of buyers.
