NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT. By Teleiraph-Pre'ss Association-Copyright ' Sydney, September 21. .In the Legislative Assembly tho proceedings yesterday were comparatively quiet. Mr. M'Gowen, tho Premier, outlined tho business for the session. Mr. Wade, Leader of tho Opposition, expressed dissatisfaction with the ' Premier's vagueness regarding the date of tho dissolution. Mr. ..M'Gowen replied that the Government would carry on until it was successfully challenged. THE SPEAKER'S CONDUCT. (Rec. September 22, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, September 22. Mr. Woods moved in the Assembly a motion deprecating the recent conduct of the Speaker, Mr. Willis. After an orderly debate the Speaker ruled the motion out of order. ANOTHER CENSURE MOTION. (R«c. September 21, 9.30 p.m.) Sydney, September 21. In the Legislative Assembly Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, gave notice of his intention of moving on Tuesday a vote of censure on the Government, based on the unsatisfactory nature of tho Premier's statement regarding tho Government's intentions as to the business and duration of the session.
