KUDZU VINE.
Tlio'.Department of Agriculture has. seemed a small iiuantity of seed of the Tj ueria Thuiiibcrgiana, a legume, lor experimental purposes. Tho plant, which grows in Japan, is described as follows: —"Its growth is phenomenal; its uses comprehensive; it provides earlier and more nutritious foliage than peas or clovers; it adapts itself.to comparatively poor land." In view of these recommendations, tho Department's experiments, will be looked forward to with interest.
