MR. WADE DECLINES A CHALLENGE. By Telceraiih—Press Association—Oopyrlehl Sydney, September 18. Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, referring to the challenge by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Willis, that he (Mr. Wade) should resign his seat and contest the Upper Hunter seat against the challenger, said that it would ill-become the leader of a political party to enter into a political contest with a blackleg member of that party. It was, added Mr. Wade, the duty of Mr. Willis's constituents to drum him out of tho Liberal army.
