The half-yon rly meeting nf tho Scottish ivicis-ly was held at _ Godber's rooms, Cuba "Strep!. last evening. The chief, Mr. A. B. Thomson, presided. The Executive Committee reported that the membership at present numbered 130, and the balance-sheet showed a credit balance of ,£22. A vote of thauks was accorded to tho committee for the work dono during th? past half-year.
