TROOPS FIRE ON A CROWD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrisht Peking, September 12. Huge crowds continue to surround tho Viceroy's yamen at Chingtu, in Szechnan, protesting against the- nationalisation of tho railways. The Viceroy ordered the troops to fire, and many persons were killed or wounded.
