NOT GUILTY.
(By Telccranh— Press Association.) Auckland, September 10. The case in which John Oliver Sims, a clerk, aged 22, was charged with having assaulted Michael Lenihau* causing him actual bodily harm by using a pocketknife in the course of a tussle, provoked by complainant in Williamson Avenue on the night of July 22, was concluded at the Auckland Supremo Court yesterday afternoon. After a short retirement the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged,
