The King and Queen, who aro staying at Balmoral Castle, have promised to send letters to bo forwarded by Saturday's dispatch, inaugurating an aerial post between London and Windsor. Tho first neropiaue starting will convey greetings by Mr. Herbert Samuels, Post-master-General, to tho Postmaster-Gener-als of foreign countries. Special postcards and envelopes have been issued to commemorate the inauguration. FRANCE'S GROWING AIR FLEET. A NEW INVENTION. (Eec. September 8, 0.35 a.m.) Paris, September 7. M.' Moreau, an engineer, has invented an automatic stabilisator, providing 'a perlect balance lor noioplaues independent of tho movement ot the aviator. It is estimated that France's air fleet of 200 military aeroplanes will be augmented to a thousand by 1911.
