By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. August 31, 1.30 a.m.) London, August 30. Tho "Daily Express" states that six additional vessels, laden with munitions of war, have been seized at British ports. Two. wero flying the Peruvian colours. Ono contained sections of 4.7 in. guns. It is stated that a sloop loaded with sixty tons of ammunition from Hamburg met a tug off the Goodwin f-ands.
