Russia an:l Japan havo arrived at a friendly compromiso in connection with the dispute over the hospital ships Orel and Angara, which were captured during the war. The Angara is to be returned by Japan ani\ Russia acquires the Orel for £15,000. The Tsar and Mikado have exchanged friendly telegrams. The in semi-official comment, announces that all claims arising out of the war have definitely settled without iesort to arbitration, and on terms evidencing mutual friendship.
