Several newspapers make a suggestion connecting the embargoed steamers with Royalist projects in Portugal. A "DAILY MAIL" REPORT. (Bee. August 28, 9.d0 p.ni.) London, August 28. Tho '"Daily Mail" states that the steamers Foam Queen and Arizona wcro arrested on information received from a South American Republic. The names of the. vessels were previously given as tho Arizona and Sf.a Foam. There .are several vesselswith these names, none of them, however, are shown as belonging to Mio firm of Secretan and Go. ' •
