(Specially written for The Domimox.) ' MONDAY. Macaroni Soup. Boiled Mutton. Caper Sadco. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. ■Somoliua Souffle. SEAIOLINA SOUFFLE. One pint of milk, 3oz. semolina, 2oz. castor sugar, -1 eggs, rind of a lemon. 1 ufc tho milk on to boil, sprinkle ill the semolina and sugar, add the peel of the lemon cut very tliin; stir until it thickens, then take out the lemon peel, let it cool a little, and then stir in the yolks of 3 P r f !v r nn ii whites of 4 whipped to a stilt li'otli. Grease a soufflo mould, pour in the mixture, and steam 20 minutes, FOR TO-MORROW. Half-pint lentils, 21b.-fillet of steak, cabbage, fruit paste, cream.
