TRIBES PREPARING TO FIGHT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Calcutta, August 25. Reports from tho Abor country, in Upper Assam, indicate that tho tribesmen aro preparing to resist the expedition boing sent to punish the murderers of Mr. Williamson, the political officer, who, with his party, was massacred in April last. Tribes on both sides of tho Dihong . River aro joining tho Abors, who are blocking t'ho passes and building stockades.
