MINE ON FIRE.
* TEN MEN DEAD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Hoc. August 26, 0.30 a.m.) New York, August'2s. The Giroux Consolidated Mines at Ely, Nevada, are afire. Tea men have been fatally burned. Many of the miners dashed through the (lames in an effort to reach the surface, but others were cut off instantly from rescue The fire was due to an explosion, tho cause of which is unknown.
