A MYSTERIOUS SHIP.

Tho Customs authorities at Gravcsend have seized a steamer fitted with munitions of war, and also carrying a wireless telegraphy outfit Tho vessel was amply provisioned. Tho captain declined to give information, but it is surmised that th© steamer was intended for river service in sorao South American republic.
