SHARP ADVANCE IN RATES. By Telegraph—Press Aesociation-Oopyrisht (Rec. August 25, 3.50 p.m.) London, August 25. A sharp advance has taken plaeo in tho rates for war insurance at Lloyds, and almost every broker has had orders. Tho quotations for insurance against tho risk of war between certain European countries within tho next three months is now 8 to 10 per cent.
