NEW ZEALAND LADY BEINGS A CHARGE. ' By Telegraph-Press Arcociation-Oopyrisht London, August 23. Mrs. Ethel Campbell has been remanded on a charge of obtaining ,£l5O by misrepresentation from Mrs. Foote, a Now Zealand lr.dy.
Tho parties journeyed from Adelaide on the steamer Commonwealth in April last. Tho accused, alleging that she.had been robbed of her effects in a London hotel, obtained assistance from Mrs. Fobto.
