PRIME MINISTER'S RETURN.
RUAPEHU DELAYED. Sir James Carroll received last night a •wireless message from Sir Joseph Ward stating that the Ruapehu was meeting with very heavy weather, and could not possibly make Wellington before 10 p.m. to-morrow , (Friday). A proposal to adjourn Parliament from Thursday to Tuesday will, therefore, doubtless bo abandoned, and tho public welcome will presumably take place on Saturday.
