PLAINTIFF NONSUITED.' (By Telecraph.-Press Association.) Christchurch, August 18. Tho case known locally as the beamy parlour case was again before tho Magistrate's Court, when Mr. Bailey, S.M., after hearing legal argument, nonsuited plaintiff. Eva Mabel Emerson, who claimed .£25 from Hensly Burnett, Limited, for breach of agreement to teach plaintiff the arts and mysteries of tho business.
