SEAMEN'S MISSION
WELCOME TO ME, AND MBS. SHELL. In the Seamen's Mission Hall last night a hearty welcome was extended to Mr. and Mrs. Shell. Mr. Shell is at present taking Mr. J. Moore's place. The. Anglican Bishop of Wellington (Dr. Sprott), in saying a few words of welcome, referred to the breakdown of Mr. Mcore, who, h* said, had such splendid physique that no one would expect him to be laid aside, but it was due to his'almost superhuman work. Mr. Burgess said respecting tho work of the mission that it veas partly social and partly religious. Dr. Pollen and Mr. B. Brown also spoke.
