(Specially written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY. White soup. Curried mince. Mashed potatoes. Spinach. Thornton pudding. ?; THOHNTON PUDDING. Tito eggs, their weight in flour, the weight of one in sugar and gutter, 2 tablespoonfnls of raspberry, o> strawbom' jam, ■'. teaspconful of carbonate of soda dissolved in a little luke-warm milk. Cream the butter and sugar, add tha eggs (well beaten) and jam, and then the soda. Steam in buttered cups or moulds three-quarters of au hour. Only halt-fill the cups. Servo with a good sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. i pint split peas (soaked overnight). Smoked fish. Rice. Cheese. Treacle.
