MARGARINE IMPORTATIONS.
A good deal of margarine is being brought in to New.Zealand from Australia at present, probably as a result of the high price of butter. During July, 20 cases ot margarine were landed from Melbourne, and 151 cases from Sydney. The Manuka, which arrived from Sydney yestotdav, brought 20 cases of margarine 'for Wellington and 20 cases for Lyttelton.
