HUNT AT MIRAMAR.
The Manawatu Hunt, Club met. at Miramar on Saturday, and a fair crowd watched the sport. Mr. (,'. G. Eliimes was in charge of the drat;. Thcro wer« fixcouplos of hounds. Tho trail started from Mr: Lyoiif's house, thru out towards tho Seatoun Eoad, over homo post and rail fences, a brush fencc, and then out on to the main road; then into Miramar towards the gas works, across n bro.nl drain, back to the house, over a, double fence, and so round again. Some very good jumping was witnessed, but there were a few "spills.' The following followed the hounds:— Messrs. Bruce M'Ewen (master), C. G. Rliimes (deputy-master), Dug. Bennett (huntsman), AY.
