(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) FRIDAY. Potato Soup. Baked Stuffed Sehnapper. Parsley Sauce. Mashed Potatoes. Stewed Celery. I'ig Pudding. STEWED CELERY. Celery, 'boiling water salted, i pint of white sauce. ' Cut off all the decayed leaves, and outside pieces of the. celery, and well wash it Cut each head lengthwise into quarters and boil -In sufficient water to cover it until tonder-ntteen to twenty-five minutes, according to the size. Put it into a vegetable disli with the white sauce Foured over it, and serve sliced lemon with it, if liked. FOE T,O-MORKOW. Sheep's Head. 111b. Steak. Macaroni. •J dozen Oysters. FOR SUNDAY. Two Fowls. Stock. Cauliflower. Dates. Suet FOR SUPPER. Ingredients for Galantine of Beef. Salad. Lemons. Pastry,-Stale Sponge Cake.
