ASSISTANCE BY FOREIGNERS. By Toleeraph— Press Assoclation-Oopyrleht Constantinople, July 25. English, French, German, and Italian bluejackets rendered valuable, assistance in fire-fighting and rescue work during tho great conflagration hero. A fresh firo has destroyed a thousand houses in the Jewish quarters in the Galata quarter of the city. The fire has now been checked. FIFTY THOUSAND HOMELESS. (Rec. July 2b', 9.5 p.m.) Constantinople, July 2C. Tho fire has rendered fifty thousand persons homeless. Sixteen morgues were destroyed.
