Tho settlement includes the allotment to the Federal Steam Navigation Company, one of the defendants, of fifty thousand iin-issued , shares in Houlder Bros., which are to bo trans forrod to the Furness-Withy Conijiady, which now hold s acontrolling interest in tho Houlder's firm.
