FREEDOM FOE THE DOMINIONS. By Telecraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht London, July 20. In the House of Commons, Sir Gilbert Parker, member tor Gravesend, asked for tho names of the countries with which it was proposed to negotiate, in pursuance of tho unanimous resolution of tho Imperial Conference, to facilitate any of tho Dominions withdrawing froin the operation of commercial treaties. Mr. M'Kinnon Wood, Uniler-Sccretary for Foreign Affairs, replied that tho countries. affected by tho resolution were tho following:—Argentina, Austria-Hungary, Costa, Eica, France, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Persia, Peru. Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, aud Venezuola.
