SEEKS ELECTION TO PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriihl (Rec. July 19, 11.35 p.m.) Brussels, July 19. Sipido, who made an attempt on the life of the late King Edward (then Prince of Wales) in 1900, and has latterly been a peaceful citizen, is announced as a Socialist candidate for Brussels at the next election for the Belgian Parliament.
