TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Artichoke soup. Marinaded steak. Potatoes. Stewed cclery. Boiled apple dumplings. MARINADED STEAK. Two pounds nice thick steak, 1 tablespoonful each of pepper and salt, 2 tablespoonfuls cf sugar, 1 tablespoouful Worcester sauce, 2 tablesponfuls of vinegar. Score the steak and leavo it in the mixture for 3 or i hours, turning it every now and then. Grill or fry, using mixture for gravy. FOR TO-MORROW. Cclery. Stock. Loin of mutton. Pumpkin.
