FARM INSTITUTES.
BRITISH GOVERNMENT GRANT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrlsht London, July 17. The Development Commissioners have made a grant and are distributing .£325,000 to establish farm institutes in tho majority of counties, similar to that at Chelmsford, with small holdings for demonstration puruoses.
