ESPIONAGE IN AUSTRIA,
A GIRL ARRESTED, By TcleeraDU—Press Association—Ocoyrluhl Vienna, July 17. The daughter of a Russian engineer named Thombecka has been arrested at Przemysil, in Austrian Poland, with plans of fortresses and routes. She confesses that she was a spy in tho employ of military authorities.
