A RE-ARRANGEMENT. By Teleirraph—Press Association—Oopyrisht (Rec. July 17, 0.25 a.m.) Ottawa, July 16. Mr E. Macdonald, member,for Picton, will probably succeed Sir. Frederick Borden as Minister for Militia. The Hon. L. P. Brodeur, Minister for Marine, will probably get a seat on the Bench. Tho Hon. R. Lemicus, Postmaster-General, will be transferred to the Marine Department.
