* . RATHER INTERESTING POINT. (By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.) Feilding, July 11. The magistrate (Mr. Thomson)'delivered reserved judgment to-dny in tho cato Captain Levin, of tho Feilding Mounted ltilles, v. Simeon. Simeon, who was a member of the corps, failed, by non-at-tendance, to earn capitation for the corps. The judgment was to the effect that Simeon was a non-efficicnt, and the regulations governing tho attendances wero still in force, ami valid. Judgment was for tho plaintiff corps for .it, with JC2 4s. costs.
