THE NEW HEBRIDES.
GROSS DISORDER ALLEGED. By Telcerapa— Fnjaa Associatlon-Oopyrieht • Melbourne, July 8. A Presbyterian missionary at the New Hebrides complains of the open violation of tho Anglo-i'rench Convention by the French. Grog is given wholesale, women are illegally taken, and there is no supervision of labour. Labourers are compelled to work on Sundays. Law and order are treated with contempt. British authority is apparently powerless to enforce the observance of tho joint convention.
