To-day broke fine, with heavy white frost, the thermomter reading 28deg. Fahr at 9 a.m. At noon the weather again changed, and cold rain set in.from S.E., with very lltt'o wind. ' Hastings, July 6—This morning there was a very sharp frost, followed by a delightful sunny day, but, lato in tho afternoon, a southerly storm brought rain.
