BUTTER STANDARDS.
o AUSTRALIAN REGULATIONS. 13y TelesraDh—Press Association—CoDyrlehl (Rec. July 6, 1.10 a.m.) Melbourne, July 5. The Food Standards Committee has resolved that butter should contain not less than 82 per cent, of milk-fat; not more than 15 per cent, of water; not more than 4 par cent, of salt; and no foreign fat, oil, preservative, or foreign suhstance, except a harmless vegetable colour.
