TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. Mutton broth. Minced meat and macaroni. Potatoes. Cabbage. Bice pudding. Stewed prunes. MINCED MEAT AND MACARONI. Cold looked meat, breadcrumbs, a few mushrooms, somo nice gravy, butler, pepper, salt, some well-cooked macaroni. Minco tho meat finely. Peel, wash, and mince the mushrooms. Mix them with tho gravy and add more pepper and salt if necessary. Grease a piedish. Put a layer of macaroni in tho bottom of it, pour on the mixture and cover with macaroni. Sprinkle over it two tablespoonfuls of browned breadcrumbs, put small pieces of butter over the top, and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 or 45 minutes. FOR TO-MORROW. Tapioca, neck of mutton, carrots, turnips, capers, dedicated coconut.
